Profil Management Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting confidentiality and privacy  of all clients’ information and maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients in handling their data.  Profil Management  act in compliance with current data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 9GDPR)  Profil Management Ltd do not share or trade any data provided by our clients and other organisations that we work in association with,  including emails, with other companies and businesses for marketing and business purposes, without consent.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we handle data, including how we collect, store and use personal data.

When someone visits www.profilassociates.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  This information does not identify anyone and we do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

What personal data we collect

Website:

We collect data if people wish to register on our website to receive newsletter updates.  This data includes name and contact details.  We do not rent or trade any information or email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Client organisation:

Any confidential data supplied by our client organisations is used for the purpose of the contractual agreement between Profil Management Ltd and the client organisation only and is not shared in any way with other organisations, people or businesses.

Psychometric profiling to support development:

Recruitment / career management:

We collect data to support people with career transition in the way of identity data and contact data and data relating to personal career history; employment details; qualifications and other personal data on cv’s

How and when data collected

Data is collected via email prior to the commencement of a development programme which has contractually drawn up with the client.

How we keep your data secure

In our roles as both controller and processor, we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of information security appropriate.

Respondent data is only accessible by Profil Management staff who are bound to comply with confidentiality provisions.
